Don't worry about my age. You're again trying to delve into useless technicalities. It would be stupid to have the same generalized tests for two completely different regions lying in different climate zones and with different levels of infrastructure (roads - for the difference in speed testing).

Since the emission norms are exactly the same, and you still haven't been able to prove how "the ones adopted in India are twice as weak" - being so specific as you were - you're just dabbling in inane ramblings of school time physics.

 

Emission norms are technicalities - they are standards for how much noxious gases can a ICE have at the final exhaust .

Let's see if this can get into your thick skull try to ignore the technicalities imagine the engines as 2 cloned humans identical 100% . We put them both in a 3 minute workout , same rhythm for both . The emission are the sweat they produce during this 3 mins . The Euro one has to lift 50 Kg while the Indian one has to lift 25 Kg . If any of the humans produce more then the X amount of sweat they fail .

That is the difference between euro and baharat emission standards . While the numbers are the same the testing differs a lot .
