Surfthechannel.com or similar clone

I'm looking to purchase a script similiar to surfthechannel.com, tv-links.cc or sidereel.com

the common features of these websites is they display links to tv and movies (streaming), what im looking to have done is a website where either I or its users can register and submit links.

Also im looking for it to have a iframe display infomation about the link they are viewing such as amount of views, alternative links.

i wish there to be a frame on the left resembling this one found on surfthechannel.com

that is the most retarded question i have ever red, i dont no if its sarcasim or not, theres got to be somebody out there willing to do it for $50 and besides i just need the basic backword done, no template need aswell
