    I just finished building this today, so assume no traffic or revenue.
    The site contains:

    152 posts all with 1 video each
    And 1175 comments

    Both the post names and comments will play a huge role in your ability to rank for long tail keywords.

    EDIT: I also just ran it through Eli of BlueHatSEO's SQUIRT tool.

    I'll also be more than happy to add adsense code so you can earn some cash.

    I think I'm going to keep the site if it doesn't reach a bid of at least $40.
