    The template is not unique, however, I haven't seen it on any other sites.

    All content is unique, except for the RSS feed providing the latest news in the side bar and on the Surfing News page.

    Good potential to be a great money maker, has Adsense and Commission Junction built into the site, both, obviously require your own account. I just don't have the money right now to market and advertise the site.

    Site is relatively new so there are minimal traffic stats, for the sake of the site, just assume zero traffic.
