    Hi,

    The first thing that hit me were the colours, in my eyes black and grey never look good together, and are dark looking colours. I'd think about changing your colour scheme.

    You also might want to look at paying for someone to design you an eye catching logo. Other than than that the navigation seems fine, but there's way too much Google ads for my likening.

    You may want to change the link How it work to How it works to be grammatically correct.

    Not working for me either. I do find adsense banner which offends me. Would try such a site once, see banner and leave. I am a fussy browser and leave sites whose only purpose is to run adsense.
