Sounds pretty dodgy to me, I doubt many (if any) people will take you up on this offer because:

a) You make no reference whatsoever as to how you plan to achieve this.

b) If you really could do this to any page (assuming you mean pages with little traffic even) why wouldn't you just do it yourself?

c) You speak very unprofessionally.
