Hello, I recently signed up as a publisher through surehits affiliate. They reviewed my website and sent me the forms to fill out. This may sound like a dumb question, but since I signed up as a publisher do I have to fill out the 'Marketplace Supplier Vendor Setup' and the "Supplier Agreement"? I know I have to fill out the W9 form, but was wondering if I have to fill out those other forms. Please let me know. Thanks for your time!
