Surefire Formula for Your First $1,000 Month

    Hey everyone,

I believe some of the major issues why people struggle to make consistent money online is...
    • The don't know how to
    • They jump from one shiny object to the next
    • They waste there time on task that will bring little to no results.
I read a post from an expert you may have heard of (Kim Roach) on a simple formula she teaches her students to reach their first 1,000 dollar month.

    The three steps are:
    1. Create A Squeeze page - with a free offer to capture your visitors email addresses
    2. Focus on ONE traffic strategy and master it. Drive all this traffic to your squeeze page
    3. Promote ONE product within your follow up emails -- along with massive value and entertainment.
    That is it!

By laser focusing on specific steps like traffic generation and list building -- you then can start earning money online fairly quickly once you learn these new skills.

Hope you all found this post helpful :)

It's a start. But there's a few steps left out...

How do you create a squeeze page?

How do you integrate it with an Autoresponder?

What Autoresponder should you use, and why?

How do you create your followup emails... and what should they say?

And, of course, a squeeze page is only the beginning of a money funnel. If you haven't set up OTO offers, with hopefully and upsell and downsell - your traffic will be quite expensive... in either time or money.

By setting up a proper money FUNNEL, you'll recoup part of your traffic expenses to begin with. Nor would I recommend a single traffic source... you should start with at least four... one paid, and three free. The paid source will be solo ads (later on you can move into media buys and even PPC). Your free methods will not be quick... but they will accumulate. The process is simple... you spend an hour a day driving traffic. Pick your favorite three methods, and get to work (or your favorite 2 methods, or favorite 5 methods). The point is that when you start, if you have any money at all to invest, some of it needs to go to paid solo ads. (if you don't have any money to invest ... get a second job) Then you need to spend time on a number of free methods - but I do agree that you need to focus on just a few methods... although I think it would be quite difficult to get enough traffic with just a single free method (with the possible exception of videos, or product creation/WSO's)

Of course, I could also be wrong...

But that's my two cents worth!

    P.S. I show people a 10 step process:
Step 1 – Set Your Goals
Step 2 – Find Your Niche
Step 3 – Find A Gift To Trade For Emails
Step 4 – Select Your Autoresponder
    Step 5 – Purchase a Domain Name
    Step 6 – Purchase Hosting
Step 7 – Set Up Your Website
Step 8 – Setting Up Your Autoresponder
Step 9 – Set Up Your Landing Page
    Step 10 – Send Traffic

Thank you for the extra tips Khadaji.

I believe you are right in saying if you have money and experience with paid traffic it is defiantly a faster way to get you'r business up and running.

The point I am trying to make though in this post are people who feel overwhelmed, confused, or seeing little to no results. They jump from one method to the other, one traffic source to the next -- and get nothing in return for doing so.

By picking 1 method.. Squeeze pages, and by picking 2 methods of driving free traffic, you really start to focus on creating a profitable web business through email marketing, and second you become an expert at driving traffic.

To show you a quick example of how powerful one free traffic source can be when you master ii.. here is a quote from Kim David on what her dad's results are with Forum marketing:

"With forums, you can instantly put your content in front of hundreds of people who are currently browsing that forum.
No where else online can you tap into that much traffic goodness so quickly :)
Just to give you an example…
My dad is generating 14,000+ visitors per month in a tiny, weird little niche.
    Tennessee Walking Horses
However – this market has one very large forum that he posts videos to every day – funneling hundreds of visitors BACK to his site on a daily basis."

So my advice is like you said Khadaji -- pick maybe 2 free traffic methods and test for a month. Then discard the ones that is least effective and focus on the ones that is more effective.

Add that with paid traffic and a solid funnel set up in place to capture your visitors -- you will eventually star to make money :)

It's not that simple like you presented it at the start of a thread!
I disagree that we need to focus only on one traffic source.
I like diversification, because nobody can guaranty that in some
point of time you'll get the same results as today ( look at constant
    changes on Google).

    Khadaji's post makes sense!

On the other hand I completely agree with this!

Ironically, I was just starting on a website blog post about the differences between offline earning and online earning...

I can't link to it because it's not finished and posted yet... but the essence of what I wrote was that making money offline and making money online are two entirely different animals.

    And that confuses people.

I could go get a job today, work 40 or 80 hours, and WHAM! Get paid.

That doesn't work online unless you're offering a service.

Many, if not most methods of earning online depend on traffic, and traffic is like an avalanche... you don't even notice one or two rocks rolling down a hill... you might not even notice a dozen rocks rolling down... but sooner or later, when enough of a footprint from your content is spread around the Internet, you have an avalanche of traffic... then you can make money.

But no one source (generally speaking) is going to do it for you... that 'avalanche' of traffic will come from hundreds of 'rocks'... (sources)... and it takes far more than 40 or 80 hours of work to set up.

People get nothing for their work because they misunderstand the process... Blogging, for example, a few posts... nothing... a few DOZEN posts... and you'll start getting a trickle of traffic... when you get to the point where you have hundreds of posts... now you're starting to see the avalanche of traffic.

If you can't pick a MMO method, and devote a MINIMUM of three straight months (at 8 hours a week or more) of time - then don't expect success.

On the other hand, if you're willing to put in the time & investment - you can be working for yourself by the end of the year...

The main reasons are that they know what to do but they don't work hard enough and stick to one strategy. Also they don't have support from big people. I personally talk to people who makes 150k a month a few times a week.

This is really a good point!

The real problem is that we all are living in societies which favours instant
results. This is not the case if we speak about building an online business or offline.
You really need a lot of work, time and/or money and you need to
    work smart.

If someone want to open a restaurant, that person need to realize
that results will not come over night. We need being consistent, open,
    random and supportive.

The major reason I like idea of building up a real business online
is that if you done something today, that's it, it is recorded in this virtual
space. That's the case with writing a blog posts. You're continually expanding
    and growing.

    Great Advice Khadaji...

The key is doing consistent daily action -- so overtime it builds up into you reaching one huge goal!

Anyone saying you can get rich overnight, or saying internet marketing is easy and is fast is straight out lying and you should run as fast as you can from them.

There are hundreds of ways to generate traffic to your website. Here are a few that may help you :)

    - Forums
    - Blog commenting
    - Guest posting
    - Writing articles
    - SEO
    - Creating newsletters
    - Social Bookmarking
    - Blogging
    - Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest)

The trick is to pick 2 methods you believe you would enjoy doing then stick to only those methods. Once you see results move to to 2 new methods.

After you have tried every method discard the ones that are not producing results - and focus on the ones that are.

Along with these free methods though, if you have the money I would study and learn a couple paid methods like Facebook ads. If you learn how to create a very great ad that can turn 1 dollar into 2 -- you can simply scale up how much money you invest into you ads/business and make more money.

Hope this helped answer your questions some :)

It's not that simple and that was a terrible post, too vague. I could of said that. Please provide information that is actually helpful to the community.
