Sure I used to get commission for 'Buy It Now' on eBay

    From some thread on the ebay uk affiliates board

    "Hi sorry about the confusion
    The "Bid" and "Buy It Now" actions will still show up in your reports in CJ but with £0 commissions - this is correct.
    From now on the "Winning Bid" action is the new action for which you are receiving commissions. This action includes Bids that have been won and any Buy It Now.
    For each "Buy It Now" action you see on your reports with £0 commissions, there is a corresponding "Winning Bid" action, for which you are receiving commissions.
