    did you read what I wrote? we ARE applying but we haven't yet as all the docs are not ready... its a very big process. I only turned surch on because I wanted to test things and get some feedback... funny though how all the people that trashed surch are peons... also funny how its ok for google to buy scripts to improve its engine like YouTube.com but no1 knocks them for that.

    Also note that almost every large software company (like Microsoft) has started out with a base application that they PURCHASED and modified. We have given a lot to the development community and WILL get our patents soon. Surch has so many updates comming that will entirely change the site and how it works. www.surch.com/blue_all.jpg is our browser that we have spent years on for one example.... In fact the browser is done completely. We just cant as I said release it until these patents are done.

    there is two versions of teh browser... our own and one that is built off of IE and has all our features... the main difference is the download size and more or less because some people still want IE's technology. The skins are implemented through the use of a skinning technology that we bought. Ill update more later.
