    Hello.
    I'm newbie and I can't submit any post in Link Exchange forum.
    Can you please tell me what do I have to do in order to submit a post
    in the link exchange forum ?
    I'm a memeber over than 7 days and I have posted more than 10 posts.
    Thank you for helping and sorry if this is not the right place to ask questions.

    It takes time for it to be applied, and I think you have to have made some more posts before you can post new threads, but don't quote me on that :p
    Go elsewhere, and post around, you'll get there soon enough ;)
