Seems to me that I should look elseware for an ISP managment software product. I have been watching this product for many years now and I see that the amount of complaints about support issues resolved verses People complain about the timeframe of resolve if any is about the same and I really do not see anyone commending this software. Have they offered the use of a different database engine or is it still stuck with that piece of crap filemaker? I cannot believe that a support person(shawn) would belittle someone publicly and get the facts wrong about their account. I would file a complaint with the Attorney General in thier state that is what they are there for. If no help there then the Ferderal Attorney General. I had a problem with Nextel and Vonage transfering my Phone number, filed a complaint wtih the Federal Attorney General and within 3 days nextel resolved their issue. Humm, Vise and Nuts!!! Can someone reccommend me to a different software vendor. One with support and a roubust database engine.
