Support Sucks

    Google support sucks; It appears to be completely automated, and has not once answered my question.
    Do they not provide a support telephone number or anything?

    I am having problems with my AdWords account. Here is what I sent; take note of the first line:

    And here is their reply, which is totally wrong when you take the first line of my e-mail into consideration. It doesn't even acknowledge my two questions, let alone assist me in any way:

    So I sent them a lovely response :)

    I got the same problem ! I used promo code for free $50 adwords credit but i had some problems with it. I sent them an email and all I got back was an answer from autoresponder...

    Get used to problems like this. Support from companies like Google will just get worse. Companies like this have cut spending in areas like customer service to deal with the recession. You only seem to get good service if you are a big AdWords spender.
