Support Needed Unique Issue

    Hi all,

    Probably I was trying to login after 5-6 years and I can't login with my email any how. I have two mails, I tried both. As i didn't remember anything about my login credentials, I tried Facebook also. Again failed.

    Then I noticed digitalpoint forum emails in my inbox of the mail of the account I am using. But still forgot password option didn't work.

    I could register a new account with this, but I am 100% sure there was a account of mine with which I used to buy articles from the marketplace.

    I am aware, I can't have two accounts. Can someone help me to resolve this? Probably through my earlier linked paypal accounts?

    If you have necessary documentation you should be able to recover it. The main problem is with people on summer vacation, I can not say when the problem will be addressed.
