Any one know how to get pages out of the supplemental index? I got some ideas, but want to know what others are doing.

Due you have backlinks pointing to your site from high PR and also authority type sites that are on a similar subject to yours? That may also help.
1.) If no backlinks, build links to avoid supplemental results. 2.) If content is copied from other site, reword it and make it unique. 3.) If no content, create a unique one.
That's how I got out of supplemental, I had a Links section on every page that got out of hand and now that I've cleaned it up Google has taken most of my pages out of supplemental.
Make sure your site is not generating any duplicate pages itself. For example, you should 301 redirect 'non-www' pages to 'www' pages or vice-versa.
Why not G use ((Duplicate Result)) or ((Similar Result)) instead of Supplemental Result Supplemental is kind confused result
I find that every page on your site can be unique. It can be about 20 - 35% different from any other page on your site and still end up in Supplemental results. You need unique and original content and backlinks to each of your internal pages. That may help, but if it doesn't then maybe you have been penalized. Hopefully not.
If you aren't using the entire suite of Google Products, start today! At minimum start with: Google Webmaster Tools [Sitemaps] Google Analytics Google Base
Your content should be unique. Create your own content using your targeted keywords. Title and meta tags should be unique from other inner pages of your site.
