Hi People Well I just thought I would list some tips to help get pages out of supplemental index, note these are not facts, so please dont argue, rememer they are guidelines and have worked in the past. anyhow hope it helps * Ensure content is unique on the page * Remove sidewide links to other sites * Build a high PR * Use a Google sitemap * Make META desc & keyword unique for each page * Get deep links (links to supplemental pages e.g. www.site.com/page.html) * Release pages slowly, then start build more pages Also if you have any questions, feel free to post, and ill get back to you asap or another DP member will.
Thanks for sugessions on Supplemental Index. Above listed points can really help others to get out of Supplemental Index.
I was shocked that my PR6 website that's more than a year old fell into the supplemental index. It had been ranking top 10 on Google for popular keywords, including one with 102,000 OVT. So I took the trouble to read about this issue and have written something here: http://www.larrylim.net/google-supplemental-index.htm
thanks for the tips, i am also fall down with one of my site, wishing to get it back to its position...
This is a good list. I too have problems with supplemental results. Basically, to avoid supp results, dont create pages like sardine cans, all with the same label and content. Makes each one unique.
Very useful tips. see this thread as i have posted some useful tips to come out from supplemental result.http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=207438 i hope you will find more tips which will be useful to other DP members. thanks
Done all but this. All my sites that have been released have been launched with atleast 10,000 pages. Moreover the earning is dependant on Selling some sitewide links. Thinking I will start rotating them so it will be like some random links to the sites.
