I have a minisite The site has a domain structure like www.mysite/minisite/ Today I just find a serious problem on this minisite It is a wordpress site and it use a PAGE as the homepage The article on that PAGE is about 1000 words and it is copyscape passed. No two pages of the site itself is duplicate. And all the contents is not copied contents from other sites. But today I found that www.mysite/minisite/ is in the supplemental index for the main keyword And some internal pages of this minisite is in the main index for this keyword (but the keywords of these internal pages are different from the main keyword of the homepage) Do anyone have such experience before? And what should I do in order to solve this problem? Thanks!
