Superservers.org and duplicate content?

While looking at my log files we have seen a couple of file hits with "via SuperServers.org" appended on them.

Supposedly it is a caching service. There is no way visibly to contact them about it.

Normally I wouldn't mind, but it appears that google is picking up on them as well and listing my sites with a totally different url. For example:

Pregnancy Tests and Ovulation Test Kits from BabyHopes.com
Helping you get pregnant with the most sensitive pregnancy tests and ovulation
test kits at the lowest prices.
    www.babyhopes.com.superservers.org/

If you do a search on babyhopes.com in google it comes up with something a little bit different in the description due to the fact that google is pulling the dmoz description of my site.

They have all our sites cached even our ecommerce sites. To our knowledge, they are not changing anything like adding affiliate linkage or changing adsense publisher codes. Due to our set up of the ecommerce sites, clicking on the links to buy will actually go to our shopping cart.

    My questions are:

Could something like this hurt my site rankings? The server has grabbed all the pages of the site and google has them all listed under the superservers.org domain as well as on mine.

Would it be advisable to contact the server host and claim copyright infringement?

Should I contact Google about it?

Any suggestions you can offer would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
