The suppport is good but the amount of time that the seedbox is down makes it unusable. I am up to 14 days in three months. Sure, I've had those days added but I just want a service that works. This week along I had all of yesterday with it down and then fixed for 2 hrs and now down again. superseedbox is not reliable. Once you fix the issue of constant down time then you will have a good service because everyone is friendly.
Just a warning Don't use Superseedbox.com Support is good until you request a refund. Speeds are very slow and they say refund if your not happy but you won't get it!!

Don't ever believe you will get a refund within 24 hours. I tried and they just got rude, of course I was rude too. They are not professional if you want a refund. As for tech support they are great. Understand what you are getting before you buy, research the internet first on superseedbox.. get reviews!! Just don't expect a refund EVER!!
As for tech support, they do not know what they are doing. Mac thinks using public trackers will crash uTottent. What a foolish statement. They (Mac) could not even explain a basic speeds issue, and had the permissions set wrong for my account. Not to mention he couldn't even get the 'guest' account working. This guy is just spamming the boards with low prices and taking advantage of people. I did get a refund after speaking with Paypal - and they will pursue him for the funds. Yea, $15, big deal, but because he cut off my account before expiry, he's committed a crime. Paypal fraud unit took my information and sais if they see a pattern, the suspend accounts like that. So, if you have been ripped off by Mac Glen of superseedbox.com, file a claim with Paypal. Your first dispute filing will get rejected, because you bought a service, not a good, but then escalate it to a claim. It will get rejected as well, but then call them, and explain that you believe it was fraud (misrepresentation of service), and they will probably help you. Yes, I am learning a lot about superseedbox... and Mac, or whatever his name is.
