I was doing some research on keywords and found this keyword so "niche"
It has 673,000 Global Monthly Search Volume from Google Adword KeywordTool
Top 6 related keyword phrase ranging from 110,000 to 368,000 search volume.

Google Search Result on this exact keyword is without quote 521,000
    With quote 322,000
Those related keyword phrase, none of them exceed more than 800,000.

Is this consider a good niche?
I'm considering to target and invest in this keyword but have not started.
    Should I go for it?
Or anyone interested I can sell this keyword niche?

    That is a good start.
What you also have to look for is if people are advertising for that keyword(phrase).
So when you do a search are there a lot of paid ads on the sidebar?
This helps tell if the niche is making money or not.

Also, who is searching this phrase and what are they looking for?
Some phrases might be searched a lot but not very profitable.
"How to pick my nose" may be searched a lot but may not be profitable unless you are selling an automated nose picker.

But it sounds like your initial research is going good. Now determine your target market and how hard the Top Ten returns will be to beat out.

Nice tip there, i see great potential as it is a product related keyword and amazingly short 2-3 word. Having such search results and competitors, even not getting affiliate sales, i think the traffic will earn some adsense and other advert income too.

It sounds good, but you can continue using adword tool to see how much advertisers need to bid in order to be at position 1-3.

sounds good, I generally target keywords that return 500k results or less. It is generally easier to rank for those keywords in a shorter period of time with less effort.

Don't forget to check on your competitors. If your competitor is small in quantity but very strong in holding their number 1 position on search engines, they will be difficult to beat. Especially check for their backlinks.
