    Hi I have been searching for the original super mario bros. rom for nes.

    I havent find it, all i get my hands on are self made, I want the original where can I find it?

    Super Mario NES isn't on rom-world.
    Lots of rom sites have removed plenty of roms, something to do with the ESA.

    lucky bastard, Im thinking of buying one from some internet site, Todays games are all crap. the original is always the best... They created all the ideas, the first strategy games was something new, the first shoot em up was somethign new et c, they dont have any imagination any more, they just add stories and better graphics.

    Yeah I agree. Gameplay was so much better back in the old days. I play emus (on my GP2X) all the time - SNES, SMS, Neo-Geo etc. Was playing Alex Kidd this afternoon, awesome game :)

    the one i have there is a warp in 1-2 and the water starts in 2-2.

    I downloaded the same/similar rom with the same problem, I just held down my equiv "A" button while pressing the start button. I this the rom is starting from a test world (world 0-1) where there is nothing.

    BTW the A-start combo will reset you to the start of that world if you ever loose all your lives.
