    It's a small website targeting 1 keyword. The domain is: http://footballbettingsystemreview.com/

    The keyword I'm targeting is "football betting system" and has 5400 global searches per month as shown in Google keyword tool.

    I don't know the rank of it, but with some SEO work and tweaking you can rank on the first page without any doubt.

    With some work you can make a lot of money with it.

    I'm selling it because I don't plan on working on it since I have a lot of other projects. I stopped working on it after a few days of installing it and it really is in it's most raw form.
