    Can I get appraisals for just the domain name?

    Then appraisals for the fact that it is over 5 years old.


    I plan on putting up a blog, landing page, or something and getting some link backs then selling it. I just hope I can get a good amount of money for it.

    your domain name is very long and includes dashes so not hope very big offer. If you build a site which includes good content increases domain's price.

    lengthy , dashes not ok IMO

    but it may have good seo purpose :D if u build

    but dashes kill the value. unless you build the site, it's worth less than 5 years of reg fees.
