Thanks for the freebie, I thought I wouldn't have a chance to download it after I saw the link took me to the Rapidshare site. Luckily, there's still an alternative. Nice and good affiliate guide for beginners like me.
I cannot download the guidebook. It looks like it starts to download it, but then the download screen disappears. I also can't save it. Any suggestions?
