Here we have road-like TT ambigram, leaned forward to suggest motion. Sign works well stanalone, in any color and background. Full vector. I can post more options if you like it so far - thanks for feedback.

Red and blue are the most conflicting color pair so I prefer single color instead of that combination.

 

To Japanese liking?

 

My pick would be this option, because symbol gets the best exposure.

I've tested this coloring idea and it fails:

 

Here's my entry. The iconic logo denotes T and the back and forth mechanism with the two countries in the middle. If you need I can add the concept of car business in the middle as well. Design is fully vectorised and all the source files can be supplied. Thanks.

Great looking entry, nice font choice too.

although close to bright the lower too feel a little to touristy for me.. the top one is nice..
