    Great code behind this site that can be reused over and over again. I have made sales here but not using that as a valuation, just trying to lessen my load of sites to make life more manageable.

    Consider the low BIN to get a great chunk of code that is managed by a single file and very dynamic.

    Payment expected by PayPal. Sorry but dont want to take too much time writing this, I am only selling it for $35!

    Well when I first starting promoting the site, I had a dozen or so (about a year ago), but then as soon I stopped and traffic went down...I have other sites that started booming so I had to shift attention. The main reason I am getting rid of some of these...dont want to, have to...they need some TLC and a good home
