I had low expectations when watching My Bloody Valentine the other night with so many new horror movies being a major letdown, but these films really held up! Also, Drag Me To Hell was just.....lame! Going backwards, the last movie I watched the other night was Jennifer's Body. Wonder why? Duh. I may have liked it more because of certain aspects that don't really relate to the movie plot or acting abilities, but I enjoyed it. Then, it was for the feature presentation.......Summer's Blood. Stumbled upon it when looking for a decent movie to watch online and decided to give it a shot. "A family of serial killers stalk a young woman out to find the father she's never known." More info at the movie's IMDB. It wasn't the strongest planned out movie ever but it was really easy to watch and it ends just as quick as it starts (keeps you attentive). Strongly recommend watching it if you are into horror movies at all. It's deranged, it's twisted, and it's shocking!!! ...well actually the main "twist" had an anti-climax and it was SOOOOO obvious that it was going to happen from just a few minutes in the movie, but I won't ruin it. Watch it! Edit: Ohh, I am hugely biased though as the area the movie takes place in is actually where I used to live a few years ago.
