    Just take a look my link and found nofollow attribute. :mad:
    Any link with this attribute will indicate to search engine robots that the landing page may not be approved by the web site listing this link and therefore the link will not contribute to the link popularity or ranking of the landing page.
    So, We need dofollow backlink.

    After submission... You should say something like that: "link submitted succesfully and ready for review"... not this message...

    I agree for the dofollow. Anyway, even if you're PR5 or PR9, it won't change a lot of thing for you... There is no need to submit a website to a PR9 directory if it brings nothing to us... Hope you'll change this...!

    Else: Good website. A litlle bit "cheap" in the design but I found the right category. Many directories don't have a decent list of value in their categories!
