[?] Sum of Indexed pages < Total Submitted pages

    Hi all,

    I make a XML sitemap, and submit it in Google Webmaster Tools, and GWT said I submitted 40k URLs, but it just indexed 16k

    Anyone know the reason(s), and how to fix it?

    You have to wait. After a while almost all your URLs will be indexed.
