    Thank you kindly for your time and expertise. The domain Suitcase.net is aged 13 years is a Pagerank 3 and the exact match keyword 'suitcase' receives 368,000 searches a month on Google alone. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Based on the fact that is really brandable, it has pagerank 3, it is a very commercial domain, i say about $100/$150. But that`s my opinion.

    That is one word domain with big amount of exact searches. Very good for online shop. I would not sell it cheaper than 500$. But I believe it's worth up to 1000$ and more.
    You should visit some dropshipping or ecommerce forums, and advertise your domain sale there, you might find buyers there

    Domain is good & it would have been a bonus if you had .COM for this domain , you would have a win for premium price.
    But still it may fetch a fair price , if you promote properly on the right forums like DP , Sitepoint , DNForums etc,..
    I wonder why you would like to sell the domain , rather than developing a site on this domain to add more value to the domain.

    Anyway this is just my opinion :)

    Thank you for your comment. I am considering developing a site but first I will look to see if I can sell at a reasonable profit as I have a few sites I have started but keep getting distracted with new possibilities before giving existing sites the attention they need to reach their potential :)
