    I'd say kinderstart.com has already won. Consider the huge publicity and backlinks they get. They have been mentioned here several time.

    probably Google could counter-sue them for damaging reputation? otherwise everyone will just come up with all sort of funny lawsuit and get free publicity.

    But conversly, web surfers can choose not to use google search. And from my experience asking lay people, google is not used. They blew it with lousy search results.

    The market will dictate what google does, not google. That's a fact.
