Suicide bombing is the best form of jihad?

Hafiz Saeed, the firebrand chief of Jamaat ud-Daawa (formerly Lashkar-e-Taiba) and a former professor at Lahore’s University of Engineering Technology, says suicide bombings are the “best form of jihad”. He was speaking with TFT shortly before addressing the Defence of the Muslim Ummah Conference here on April 3.

Yes, I'm a Muslim and I hate such unscrupulous people distorting Islam for their worldly interests.

    What do you think?

It is a wrong thing to say, and stuff like this demonizes Muslims all over the world. IMO, we need better leaders.

Why do you think people listen to this guy? What made him a leader? What is our priority? Is War our priority? Or poverty eradication in Afghanistan, Somalia, Sudan, Chechnya, Algeria, Kosovo a larger priority?

Is this how Pakistan is playing a vital role in War-Against-Terrorism? A little research on the web reveals they are mainly operated by Pakistani intelligence ISI and Pakistan Army itself. They are roaming around the country with weapons not allowed to others.

These are powerful people, with deep-rooted ties to the administration, army and ISI. Not even the president-cum-army chief could do anything against them. If somehow Musharraf is convinced that he has to go all-out against these people, then
    1. Corrupt Politicians would not support him, causing problems
    2. The people are more loyal towards religious fanatics, leading to more problems
    3. Army is mainly composed of these people. Remember, the pak army is always made to believe they are fighting a Jihad against India. So, this concept of Jihad is deeply rooted in the psyche of ordinary pakis.
    4. The country is already on the verge of disintegration, coz there are no national leaders, and all regions like Sindh, Baluchistan, NWFP want to form separate states, and all the blame is on Punjab province.
    5. I predict that within the next 20 years, Pakistan would disintegrate into many small nations. There is absolutely no unity there...

So there is nothing Pakistani Establishment could do to stop them? The US is justified in attacking and eradicating the terrorist and militant groups there - finally.

Let the US do it without killing innocent civilians, women and children.

What a hypocrite. If that is the best form, would he do it himself ? NO.

He will just use some brainwashed poor souls for this evil purpose.
