Suggestions wanted for a big project?

    I have started a directory called Bigoole

    www.bigoole.com


    Its a directory with a difference that is when you search for a particular keyword the listings with that keyword will be shown in the search results


    that is when you search for directory only directory sites will get listed

    and not any other sites

    Also due to this nature it is keyword directory

    I am going to take this project in a big way also I want editors for this project where I should do advertising or marketing for this

    also I the editors can also earn money by way of this project

    as I will display Google adsense ads of them above the listings

    I need some urgent suggestions how to advertise this directory also how to

    get editors for it

    Not Google but Bigoole

    We rely only on quality of the content not like Search Engines

    Its a big war against Search Engines and corrupt directory DMOZ

    simply (Human Beings Vs Search Engine bots)

    Give me a few suggestions as I want to take this project to big level

    I want editors where I should advertise ?

    DP is a good place to advertise.
    What is your percent of revenue share, and if possible, please give some idea how the sharing is programmed into your application (or just how it generally rewards the editors)?

    Edit: I looked at your link, and see it's Adsense sharing.
    Do editors share with all others, or get ad views only in their seperate categories?
    About how many editors per category?
    Overall, what % is shared?

    no if you refer a person to ,my site your ads will be displayed at the top!

    and you can earn nicely by this as ads get placed at the top

    The ads which are displayed at the side are of mine I am also contemplating to put ads of editors there

    if you are a editor you have to just refer a person via a referral id that the mechanism involved there

    and also there will be only one editor for each keyword

    suppose if the keyword is directories then there will be only one editor for it

    and also

    keywords associated with directories like free directories,paid directories are separate keywords


    Simply to say each word is a keyword just like a SEARCH ENGINE
