My website in only a mth old. Currently, I getting around 20 unique visitors per day, after taking most of the advise from here. My target is to reach 100 unique visitors/per day by end of the year. I already exchange links and bought a PPC with Exactseek( due to my budget is limited). But so far not getting much traffic from there.! Anymore suggestion to increase the nos? my website is on my signature.
Maybe create a blog or participate in someone else's blog with links to your site. Write some articles and distribute them around to some article banks - make the content compelling and include 1 or 2 links back to your site in the ariticle.
pearz 76, Articles submitted to Ezinearticles.com usually gives good traffic due to the amount of visitor to that site. Try Google for health related discussion forums or message boards, and you will propably find a few (hundred thousands).

Use any money you'd spend on PPC and buy unique content articles. Use any free time you have to build content. Build and build and build and you'll look at that goal of 100/day by the end of the year and say to yourself: "What the heck was I thinking?"
Create an RSS feed for any new content to your site and submit this to RSS feed pinging sites like pingler, pingoat etc. This can be an excellent way of getting pages quickly indexed. Also if there is anything newsworthy then write a press release. This will tend to give you a spike in links and visitors, but it does die away quite quickly but can be useful as you build other links withe the methods given here.
To get more visitors, well I think you basically need to study Link Building. But more than that, I think it is best to not only get more visitors but to also get more comments from them In that way, you can also get loyal readers or true fans for your website. PR also really helps.
