Reading is a good idea to improve your language comprehension. If you really want to improve your language skills, here is my suggestion. www(dot)languageexchange.org/ It's an online collaboration, you find a native English speaker wanting to learn your language, and you speak with them over the Internet. This way you can hear the way we speak, and understand that our accents are regional, so pronunciation is going to vary depending on who you speak with, as well as our slang terms. For example, someone in the North may "be getting ready to do something" while here in the South, we're "fixin' to do it" English is tough, but I'm sure you'll find plenty of people willing to help you learn online, just be ready for a lot of confusion when it comes to the slang terms.
-listen to English songs and have the lyrics in your hand -keep watching movies/news in english with/without indian subtitle -getting paid courses would be the fastest way good luck
