Suggestions on ym Design?

Hey guys,
just wondering if my design on my website is any good, and does it fit my website?

Well, it is simple and easy to navigate, but i like the more 2.0 web sites

But thats just me

 

So would you think 2.0 would suit my site better?

 

Well personally i thinkk yes, but hey, thats just me, many people prefer minimal sites, it all depends on everyone

Maybe a grunge design would also work

But the one you have right isnt bad either, just not so eye catching, but on the other hand it loads fast, and is really readable and easy to navigate

One word: margins!
Put margins around your images, so the text doesn't run into them. Doing this makes your text easier to read.
I'd also recommend enlarging the margins on the left and right sides by about 10px - 15px. Again, makes it easier to read.
Finally, your menu up top is getting lost. It's too small and tucked away when followed by that huge title "The cult..."
Other than that, looks pretty good.
