Idea # 1 - Get some prepaid discount cards (say $5 each) and partner with some local adult publications. You would be surprised how many strip club magazines etc are out there. Pay cute girls to hand them out at events. You can try with SEO and get organic traffic or use AdWords and pay for traffic. I think SEO is cheaper option - just do some keywords research in your market, write few articles about choosen topic and link to them(directory submition, link exchange, blog commenting, article marketing, social bookmarking...). You'll get organic traffic from search engines and than you just have to make people buy your products.
I mouth to mouth marketing will help. But, first you should make people aware of your site first. to do that, you can use ebay. Sell your hottest and cheapest product there. When people buy things from you, send them the purchase and also the other catalog. Keep their address and name as record. When you have offer, don't forget the purchasers, alert them with email either email or direct mail or even both. my 2 cents
