My knowledge on websites and how to update them are extremely poor. My question would be how do I update my website and secondly, what do I need to improve. You could try changing the hover state of your menu links from red to something more subtle. Just my opinion T
One thing I would perhaps do is change the "read more>>>" and "click here" type links to a color that matches your website. I think the blue along with the dark blue/purple is a little "off" (I guess this is the keyword). I would also get rid of the underline. You should be able to do these things by modifying the css file. Overall though, i think the site looks good.
Firstly, let me say the header is excellent. Here are my suggestions. Change the background color on the site to just blue Get a favicon The blue menu items should match the background color of the site or possibly bring in a different color Make the links a set color besides the default (possibly the same dark blue as the background) Make the advertisement match the style of the site (text color, alignment, etc.) Make the "Welcome!" bigger Put the introduction up top in a bigger section off by itself up top, otherwise it just blends in with your information I hope this helps. I am quite critical when it comes to reviews. I think your site has a great template and a really good start.
