Suggestions on a domain name?

I'm looking to buy a domain and turn it into a blog or a site about animals.

I was thinking something like funanimals but the .com is taken and i'd rather have a .com domain. I could buy the .co.uk though, do you think it's worth it?

Any help on coming up with a new domain name would be great too.

    Thanks,
    TS

I'd buy the .co.uk, if not just think of something similar...

its better to have a .com domain its more user friendly and ppl prefer that. Even technically speaking .com domains are more search engine friendly also

I might just do that, hadn't really tried variations of the name there.

    Thanks :)

I do not recommend hyphens, and I do not recommend anything other than the .com version. People will often forget the hyphen and leave it out, losing you visitors - and when in doubt, people type in .com and nothing else. I think you should think of a .com name with no hyphens or numbers, etc. It'll be 1000x better in the long run. Good luck.

If you're not looking for resale value of domains, hyphen is good as it'll help a bit more with SEO as well
