Suggestions of some CPM ad networks

A month or so I started a new website. It has around 10k views and 1.4k vistors a day. I want to find a CPM network that....

• Pay through PayPal
• Pay for international traffic [I have a lot of asian traffic]
• Low minimum payout
• Good CPM rate
• No traffic requirement to very little.
• No adult ads

Try PopAds.Net , they are good with even low traffic

 

I work with Fidelity Media to sell my asian traffic (IN, MY, ID, BD, PH). Maximum CPM was about 0.3 (average is about 0.1 for the last time). You could try to test.

 

Thanks for the suggestions, but I already tried them. Popads is pretty good and it is currently what I am using.

UPDATE: I am currently using popcash and yllix. Popcash has very good CPM and it does not annoy my visitors [At least I have not gotten any complaints yet about the popups] Yllix I am testing out at the moment. The first day of using it, I got very low CPM, but it has gotten decent now. But it has only been like 3 days of testing them. [They also have a premium membership that you get when you have conversions, which they said you get better CPM, I got into it the second day of using Yllix I would update you if its ggood or not in the next coming days.

Update: stopped using Yllix, but I did get my payment after 3 days of using it. Stopped using because it had malware ads

your welcome. I did contact them about the malware ads and they said to use the HTML version of there ads and it should be fine, but I did not try it due to the complaints I received about the malware ads before.

 

best thing on yllix is $1 minimum payout and daily payments. but rates are low.

 

Is that rate low? I have a lot of asian traffic too. I am using Adterra (CPM ~0.4-0.5) and Adcash (eCPM 0.56 EUR)

 

Thank you for your info! But what about the fill rate in these networks for asian traffic? I'm still working with Fidelity Media, CPM is about 0.1-0.2 - not perfect but they are really good for the remnant traffic selling. I use them for this purpose.
