    Oh, those two other domain dames do not resolve for me. Maybe align the logo and forum navigation bar beside each other to reduce the staggered white space, or move the navigation bar next to the login bar and add another/bigger logo/banner. There's a lot of empty space in the large header.

    looks nice, but loads very slow to me.
    you should match the adsense colors with the site color scheme.
    that would look nice.
    and you should continue the menu bar(make it wider)
