Kayak.com program thru Linkshare.com and TripAdvisor.com aff program have both worked well for me, provided you target the aff links well in relevant content
Maybe also some books from the area? Actually not book, but photo albums, printed maps, travel guides, search Amazon, use their affiliate system.
