Hi Shawn, Some ideas for the rewrite.... 1. Have you looked at otrs (http://otrs.org/). Very good email/trouble ticket manager which could probably be incorporated with a bit of hacking and would save writing the Company Email Manager function from scratch. 2. Server events in PHP? If the whole system is being rewritten in PHP, giving us access to write server event triggers in PHP would be pretty cool. 3. Even cooler would be the ability to run triggers on field changes. So, for example, we could hook in postcode lookups etc. on filed entries... Just thought these might be relatively easy to implement at an early stage, but much harder later.... A.
