    Yo, in my opinion, why don’t you try contacting an seo specialist or seo agency instead of trying to do it yourself. What you should know is that not every link is good and some might even decrease your ranking cuz they are spammy. And if you’re a beginner in this field. You should try to work on your off page seo first. If not, you’ll mainly be wasting your time

    I'd have thought Google was the best first choice.

    The number of successful SEO/Web Design Forums left is going to be tiny. Most of those discussions are in discord or facebook these days.

    I think you can get forums according to your need at our forums list. Not al do follow but many are there which are giving do follow links.
