Suggestions for promoting?

    Does anyone has some suggestions for promoting mobile-scan.com?
    Is it usefull to make a story?
    e.g.
    A few days ago, the NASA lanced a new sattelite.
    This sattelite is a project in BETA fase.
    The meaning is to LOCALIZE every Mobile Phone.
    You can find the project at www.mobile-scan.com.
    Scan your friends, and have fun!!!
    If so, where can I submit this story?

    I think that if you used google maps and had a random location based on area code popup it would be a lot moe interesting. Right now it just looks like a MFA site with no real content. Wasn't cool/interesting, because it didn't really do anything
