Suggestions For my website Link Development ?

    I just found this website http://www.isubmitlinks.com which has 800 free online Directories.

    I just like to know is this will be useful for my website link development?

    experts advise please..

    Probably. Link is Link.
    However if it's the only linkbuilding method you use, I'm affraid it will not really effective.
    You still need to do other link building methods
