Suggestions for my CMS, do we need YACMS?

Is there a need for yet another content management system? What are your needs that are not being met from what is currently available?

I developed my own system for my websites and to sell on the side. It is geared for small businesses that want to have some basic pages and choose additional features like forums, blogs, ect. Please have a look and give me suggestions for standing out in the crowd.

It looks very similar to WP... very similar

 

I tried to replicate a WP blog for that site to see if I could do it. I don't have many others online but see:

I haven't seen WP to have these abilities but I could be wrong. It does have tons of user plugins out there.

 

The resemblance is obvious. Do you use custom templates or design them yourself?

 

I'm not much of a designer but I made those. I plan on having some better templates soon.

 

Any suggestions would be helpful. I know the designs suck but I would like to know what people need if anything.
