Does anyone have suggestions for getting Adwords to run my ads on the content network. It seems that for any campaign I run, the content ads always take a while to start running. And when I make any changes either to the ad or to the url/landing page, it starts all over again like a new campaign. Recently I was getting A LOT OF impressions on the content network - so many that I had to make some changes. I've now started my campaign back up, however, it refuses to put me on the content network. In my experience, it would maybe take a few days, but now it's been weeks and still no content ads. I've tried raising my bid price to ridiculous amounts (something I would never actually pay for very long, but I thought that might help jump start it). Still, no luck. Any suggestions?
When you create a new Ad for content network, it will not be published until it has been manually reviewed by an editor. This process take 1-2 business day and can take up to 5 business day in some cases (ads recently disapproved, inactive account) . Regarding Ad editing - put in your mind that when you edit an ad what you actually do is that you delete the ad and create a replacement one - so it also need to be reviewed before being published again. Never stay with all you ads in pending review status - if you need to edit you last ad, create new ones and as soon you have this last one running delete the first one. you can contact AdWords guys also to ask to hurry the review process if it is taking so long.
