Suggestions for an offshore vps

    Hello, I'm starting a forum using Invision Power Board and I would like some suggestions on a vps. :)

    My budget is maximum $20 a month and I would like to have the minimum specs:

    1-2 cores
    1GB DDR3 RAM
    100Mbps (Don't need much bandwidth)
    10GB Raid 10 Storage
    Unmanaged
    Off shore

    I know NL reliable host - Redswitches. They are stable and cheap provider. I heard about coupon RS20PRO which is giving discount on them.
