    I want to learn Photoshop. Please anybody can suggest me,
    which version is best for me in the start of learning Photoshop.

    You can find many online tutorials that provide you with step-by-step instructions starting right from the basics. I'd suggest you start from Adobe Photoshop Cs2 or Cs3 since higher versions would be difficult to use.

    I will agree with afdesignz. Though CS4+ have some new and awesome features but most of the features are same as CS2. So, start with CS2 and then move on to the newer versions.

    Photoshop CS 3 is good for you to start to learn.
